Terms & Responsible Play

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Online prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring it is legal where you live. Access from restricted regions may be blocked.
• One account per person. Don't use the service on behalf of anyone else.

Terms of use

• Sol Picks is a peer-to-peer parimutuel prediction market on Solana. You stake $SOLPICKS; if your pick wins you receive a pro-rata share of the pool, minus a 0.5% burn. There is no platform fee and no house — the protocol keeps nothing.
• Markets resolve on the stated objective source (e.g. official FIFA results). Cancelled, abandoned, or unsettleable events are voided and stakes refunded.
• $SOLPICKS is a volatile token. The value of stakes and payouts changes with its market price, independent of whether your pick wins. Nothing here is financial advice.
• No market manipulation, multi-accounting, automated abuse, or use of the service for unlawful activity. We may void bets and suspend accounts that break these rules.
• The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Sol Picks is not liable for losses from use of the platform, token volatility, or third-party outages.

Responsible play

• Only stake what you can afford to lose. Set yourself a limit and keep to it.
• It's entertainment, not income. Don't chase losses.
• Take breaks. If it stops being fun, step away.

Privacy & security

We collect the minimum needed to run your account (email). Passwords are salted and hashed; custodial wallet keys are encrypted at rest. We never sell your data. See $SOLPICKS and vault transparency for how funds are handled. Report security issues to security@solpicks.online.
