This market resolves on the official FIFA result for Will there be a red card in the final. It's a parimutuel pool: you stake $SOLPICKS on an outcome, and if it wins you take a pro-rata share of the entire market pool — minus a 0.5% burn — so the more money is on an outcome, the smaller its payout. The pool funds itself entirely from players (no house, no platform fee). After the result posts there's a short dispute window before payouts finalize. If the event is cancelled, abandoned, or can't be settled fairly, the market is voided and every stake is refunded.
